Exchange enables you to view a closed service request.
To view a closed request:
Select the Searches tab.
From the Search categories, select Search Work Tickets. The Work Ticket Query form appears.
NOTE: The work ticket number is the most direct route to a specific request. If you submitted the request through Exchange, you will find the work ticket number included on the submission confirmation.
If the work ticket number is known:
Select Query by Ticket ID, and enter the work ticket number in the Ticket ID field.
To show the results on the screen, click Query by Criteria.
If the work ticket number is unknown:
Select Work Tickets by Criteria > Specific Site. Enter the Site Name.
Check one of the Ticket Status check box options.
Check one of the Ticket Date check box options.
To show the results on the screen, click Query by Criteria.

To download and show the results in spreadsheet form:
Select Download by Criteria.
A dialog box opens with a list of the possible columns. Select the desired categories, and click Download. The spreadsheet opens in a new window with the results of the download.
