Network Operations is always available to provide the services you need. To ensure you get the best possible service, we created a formal process for notifying Operations that you have an infrastructure problem or that you need to make changes to your network. This process takes two forms:
Reporting a Problem - Results in a phone call to Operations
Requesting Service - Results in a work ticket
