Impersonating a User Account (Admin Only)

As an administrator, to troubleshoot network issues from the user's perspective, you may be required to impersonate a user account.

 

To impersonate a user account:

 

  1. Select Admin > User Accounts.  

  2. From the Username list, select the appropriate user account.

  3. Click Impersonate Account.  The browser refreshes, and the Home > Details page appears. You can now operate as the account user.
