The Overall CallManager Cluster Availability report provides you with a summary view of the availability for all clusters of CallManager servers over a specified time period. Because a cluster can be made up of several CallManagers, availability is affected if more than one CallManager is simultaneously experiencing downtime. The purpose of the Overall CallManager Cluster Availability report is to allow you to determine the combined availability all the CallManager clusters in your network.
