WAN Availability

The WAN Availability report provides you with a summary view of the monthly managed availability of WAN connectivity for the selected date range. The WAN Availability report allows you to determine your WAN SLA availability.

Calculations:

The WAN Availability report calculates the availability of your network by taking the total possible available network hours, minus downtime not covered by the SLA (for example, no access time or power outages) and dividing by total possible available network hours, multiplied by one hundred, to produce a percentage.

WAN Availability = ((Total WAN Network Hours – Managed Downtime)/Total WAN Network Hours) * 100

NOTE: See the WAN Logical Circuits Availability report for Total WAN Network Hours and the Tickets Affecting WAN Availability report for Managed Downtime.
