The Home > Details sub-tab in the upper pane is your initial point of entry into Exchange. An overview of the network status shows as a partial listing of the Latest Trouble Tickets and Latest Scheduled Installs activities. A Show All Open link is available to open the complete list of most recent trouble tickets in the Network Details > Trouble Tickets sub-tab. A Show All Open link for installs goes to the Search > Install Status Query screen.
The lower pane communicates information to you under the heading "Network Operations News." Useful links to virus and outage advisories, information on product updates, training opportunities, etc. are listed by date. To show the item details, click the news item title.

The Home > Dashboard sub-tab presents another view of the network status. The view on this page is subdivided by managed product areas. For more details, see Dashboard.
The Home > My Settings sub-tab contains your user information and preferences. Functions under this tab include password changes, user profile updates, time zone selection, and the display choices for Active Map. Under this sub-tab, Admin users also see the auto-close interval for tickets function.
NOTE: Auto-close is the number of hours a ticket remains open to verify the problem is fixed. If the auto-close time (0, 2, 4, 8 hours) expires without another alarm on the device, the ticket closes. For more details, see My Settings.
